Terms of service

Use is limited to adults who are physically located in an approved jurisdiction. Accounts, payments, bets and withdrawals may be suspended for compliance, security, fraud prevention or legal review. Users must provide accurate identity and location information and may not operate multiple accounts.

Privacy

The platform processes account, device, security, payment, game and compliance records to provide the service, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Access is restricted by role and sensitive operations are audited. Retention and disclosure follow the applicable licensed jurisdiction and lawful requests.

Responsible gaming

Gaming should remain entertainment. Players can set binding wager and loss limits, start a cooling-off period, self-exclude and close an account. Active breaks cannot be shortened. Support must not override an active self-exclusion.

Fairness and risk

Crash outcomes are generated by the published provably-fair hash-chain process. Gambling involves loss and no outcome is guaranteed. Do not play with borrowed money or money needed for essential expenses.
